Standard: DC probe arm

 • Four DC probe arms are standard in all systems, with a triaxial connector of the probe arm and an internal ultra-fine low-temperature cable with 50 ohm impedance matching for DC to 50 MHZ measurements。
       • The system is equipped with 4 sets of 100 micron DC probes as standard, and the DC probes adopt full-channel Guarde protection structure。

 • Leakage current indicator of the DC probe arm: better than 100fA@1V

 • The unique X-Y-Z-R four-dimensional adjustment of the probe arm can meet the test at any point on the entire 2-inch or 4-inch sample seat. The swing design of the R-axis probe arm effectively reduces the requirement of the probe Y direction travel。
