The multi-electrode electrical sample base comprises a T-type oxygen-free copper sample base, a PCB circuit board oxygen-free copper lining board, and a PCB circuit adapter board。The oxygen-free copper liner plate is assembled with the PCB adapter and only needs to be removed from the T-type oxygen-free copper sample base each time the sample is changed。
      The cable inside the thermostat is mostly made of very thin coaxial cable，Frequent cable disassembly，And make sure it's solid and reliable，This is the challenge of the design of this sample seat，In our design we used tiny FPC connectors，Just remove the FPC connector each time，A set of wires can be disconnected from the sample base，Easy disconnection between internal thermostat cable and sample holder。The FPC connector and the cable are directly pressed by professional equipment, which is reliable and durable, avoiding the uncertainty and unreliability of artificial welding wire。
      In order to meet different temperature test requirements, we have two options: standard epoxy PCB board and high temperature ceramic PCB board。

Feature introduction:

■ Sample base composition: T type oxygen-free copper sample base, PCB circuit board oxygen-free copper lining board, PCB circuit adapter board。
      ■ Easy sample replacement: the oxygen-free copper lining plate and PCB adapter assembly can be removed directly from the sample base, and the thermostat cable can be directly disconnected from the PCB circuit board through the FPC connector or DIP connector, which is easy to operate。
      ■ Sample lead: The sample electrode can be directly connected to the electrode point on the PCB circuit adapter board, and the PCB board is directly connected to the circuit in the thermostat through the FPC or DIP structure。
